Villa Vista Mare

Villa Vista Mare is a 3-bedroom villa with its own pool (plus a penthouse with 2 separate beds), surrounded by olive groves, with stunning sea and mountain views. In addition to its magnificent sea view, this villa with its own private pool offers a wonderful holiday opportunity where you can enjoy this unique view from the living room, bedroom and rooftop.

It is in a great location 5 minutes from Kalkan's old town, the beach, the port, shops and restaurants. At the end of the night, you can easily return on foot without the need for a taxi.

Accommodation is arranged on three floors and on the lower ground floor (pool floor) there are 2 bedrooms with separate entrances.

SITTING ROOM

There is a seating group, television, coffee table, fireplace, air conditioning and an exit area to the terrace.

KITCHEN

The modern designed fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, Turkish coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.

ROOMS

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, exit to the pool terrace. (Ground floor)

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, exit to the pool terrace. (Ground floor)

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, balcony. (2nd floor)

NOTE: There are 3 shared bathrooms and toilets.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in our villa.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, garden sitting group, swing.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. Islamlar-Üzümlü Village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
