You can spend pleasant hours in the private swimming pool and its own garden in the rental cottages located in a quiet and quality environment where the fascinating residential texture of Kalkan can be observed day and night.

In our luxury villa for rent, which has a sunbathing area overlooking the sea and nature view on the pool floor terrace, a private swimming pool and a well-kept private garden, there are table and chairs for 10 people, 10 sun loungers, sun umbrellas and barbecue as garden furniture.

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen with Sea View; There are Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, 4 Cooker, Microwave, Electric kettle, Dinnerware for 10 people, Pan, Pots and Cutlery.

Living Room: In the living room, which has a unique sea & nature view and opens to the pool terrace, there is a modern design and comfortable seating group, as well as Satellite TV (LCD), DVD Player, Fireplace, Air Conditioning, Dining table for 10 people.

Bedroom - 1 (Family): In the Double Bedroom with Sea & Nature View; It has a double bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning and its own bathroom with sea view.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom - 2 (Suit-Family): In the Suite Double Bedroom with Sea & Nature View; There is a double bed, a nightstand, a make-up table, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Our room has its own bathroom with sea view and an exit to the common balcony with sea & nature view.

Bedroom - 3 (Suite-Twin): In the Suite Twin Bedroom with sea & nature view; There are 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe and air conditioner. Our room has its own bathroom and an exit to the balcony with sea & nature views.

Bedroom - 4 (Suit-Family): In the Suite Double Bedroom with sea & nature view; There is a double bed, a nightstand, a make-up table, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Our room has its own bathroom with sea view and an exit to the common balcony with sea & nature view.

TERRACE FLOOR

Bedroom - 5 (Suit-Family): In the Suite Double Bedroom with Sea & Nature View; There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe and air conditioning. Our room has its own bathroom and an exit to the Roof Terrace with a Table & Chair, with sea & nature view.

Laundry : Room In our luxury villa for rent where every detail is considered, there is a separate room with a washing machine, laundry cupboards, iron and ironing board.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 10 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (Islamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
