Villa Vural

Our newly built villa for rent in 2020 has a one-bedroom accommodation capacity for 2 people. The honeymoon villa suitable for conservative families is located in Kalkan Islamlar Village. In our villa, which attracts attention with its architectural structure, everything suitable for the number of people has been thought for your comfort. The garden has sun loungers, pear armchairs, table and chairs and a barbecue. The upstairs bedroom, which has a very simple and cute interior design, has a jacuzzi.

* Since our villa has a location in the surrounding area, intertwined with nature; butterfly, insect, fly etc. It's possible, it's natural.

* Kalkan; Due to its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. It is necessary to go uphill to reach all our villas in and around Kalkan.

* In all our villas; On the first day, the earliest check-in time is 16:00 in the afternoon, and on the last day, the departure time from the villa is 10:00 in the morning. Cleaning is done in between. We would like you to know that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive at the Villa/Apartment before your check-in time. Please pay attention to the entrance and exit times of the villa.

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave oven, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Dinnerware for 2 People, Pan, Cookware and Cutlery.

Living Room: The comfortably furnished living room opens to the sea and nature view and the pool terrace.

Bedroom - 1 (Suit-Family): 1 double bed, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioner, bedside table, open clothes hanger, exit to balcony.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 2 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
