Located in Kalkan Kisla Bay, Villa Yağız is only 50 meters walking distance from Green Beach and Kalkan Beach Park and is ranked 4th among Kalkan's most popular attractions by Trip Advisor. It offers a magnificent sea view from its terraces and balconies. It has a private pool above the standards for the guests who want to enjoy their face accompanied by breathtaking views.

The interiors are very expansive, with luxurious furnishings and a full kitchenette with lots of wall-to-wall French windows. The sunny pool terrace on the first floor has a large private pool, sun loungers, sun lounger, dining table (for 6 people). For those who want to enjoy their dinner on the stone road and enjoy the barbecue, there is a rental in the side garden. The terrace on the first floor is furnished with outdoor seating with stunning sea views.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace from the French window pools. The open plan kitchen is complete with refrigerator & freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob and all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. There is also a shower room and toilet outside in the pool area. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with balconies and a shower room with WC.

Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
