With the location of the room of our villa, it is a villa suitable for families with hijab.

In our single-storey villa rental; There is an American kitchen & living room with a spacious and modern design, overlooking the sea and nature view, and a suite bedroom with an indoor pool with jacuzzi, opening out to the pool. The private swimming pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative storage. Our villa has internet connection, indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

Important informations:Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

internet :There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
