Our villa is a holiday villa located in Kalkan Üzümlü, designed quite luxuriously, with pleasure from its comfort. In our villa, nothing has been spared for your comfort and valuable use, and everything necessary for your complete comfort and to leave good memories for you is finally given. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. The city of Kalkan is 12-15 minutes away by private car on average. It is very suitable for honeymoon couples or raising animals. Since the open room is sheltered, it is not possible for anyone to see you from the outside, it is a completely conservative villa suitable for hijab. There is a wonderful jacuzzi in the house, and it is a villa where those who eat jacuzzi can not say no. It is necessary to express that it is a sincere interior decoration.

Living Room: There is a modern seating group, TV, air conditioner, dining table and chairs, exit to the pool surface.
Kitchen: In the American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, tea maker, Turkish coffee machine, plates, pots, glasses etc. kitchen equipment is available.
Garden: There is a swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs, barbecue.
Cleaning and Maintenance
It is delivered clean in the size of the villa and it is cleaned once a week. In case of extra cleaning request, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.
Damage Deposit
A cash damage deposit of 1,000 TL is required at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, it is recommended that this fee be refunded on the day of departure.Entry and Exit Information
Check-in time for all our Villas is after 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are made, the functioning of the deficiencies and the obligation to these hours are strongly requested from the villa customer.
Location
Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements placed on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, since our villas outside the center are usually located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life miracles (flies, insects, bees, etc.).
POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN
Pool: There is a private swimming pool. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day.

Pool Terrace: There are sun loungers, chaise lounge table, parasol, dining table and chairs, sitting group.
NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Duvet Cover Set for 5 people.Important informations:
Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
Immortality:
Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.
internet :
There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
