Villa AMINE

Köyceğiz is one of the 13 districts within the borders of Muğla province. It is a very quiet, calm and ideal area for the customer who wants to get away from the noise of the city. The villa is under the ownership of April 2019 and has been tastefully furnished with comfortable and high quality home decorations, with a very large sheltered pool. This villa with 4 acres of land located among citrus groves promises you a holiday.

NOTE : There is no sea in the Köyceğiz region. The nearest sea is located in Dalyan and Ekincik regions.

NOTE: Villa check-in time is 16:00, check-out time is 11:00.

NOTE 2: The road leading to the villa is stabilized for the last 400 meters.

Bedrooms :

1.Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, TV, wardrobe, air conditioner, iron, hair dryer, WC & bathroom in the bedroom. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, TV, wardrobe, air conditioner, WC & bathroom. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool: There is a private sheltered pool in the garden. Pool dimensions are 15 m x 6 m; depth is 1.50 m. Pool, garden and pool maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 8 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
