Located in Kalkan Kördere, our luxury villa for rent is located in a quiet spot at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, intertwined with the east, where Kalkan can be watched day and night above the fascinating settlement, with a unique view of the sea in every form. There is no intensive construction around the villa. The private swimming pool and garden of our villa are sheltered. This permanent summer villa is an ideal option for holidaymakers and especially honeymooners who want to be secluded.

Our Villa, where the panoramic sea and nature view dominates the pool surface and the private swimming pool and the luxury design combine, has a spacious, modern design, 2 suite bedrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi, and an American kitchen lounge, opening to the pool terrace. Our villa's private swimming pool is isolated from the environment and is an ideal villa for conservative enclosures. Our villa has internet connection, swimming pool.

NOTE: Indoor pool heating is included in the price between November 1st and April 30th.

Note : The last part of the developing villa is 200 m. steep slope.

Note 1: There are 15-20 stairs at the entrance to the villa.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
