Our villa, located in Bezirgan Village, which is the closest plateau to the center of Kalkan, started to be built and leased in 2021. It is an ideal place for those looking for a peaceful holiday with its large village garden, invisible house and authentic structure.

You can wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning, and spend a romantic time under the stars with a clear view of the Milky Way galaxy at night. You can get the pleasure of natural life by plucking with your own hands from vegetables and fruits grown in a wide range of restrictions.

You will be able to feel the village settlement completely in our villa, which was built with the blending of all stone and cedar wood, which is unique to the region, according to the concept of Rental Mountain House.

The 2 bedrooms on the lower floor share their own toilet/bathroom use, while the suite bedroom on the upper floor provides sufficient comfort with its jacuzzi and large spacious area.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The dimensions of our villa are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
