Villa Sevilla is located in Kalkan - Sarıbelen. Our villa is an ultra luxury holiday villa. Our villa with a capacity of 8 people is an extremely good option for large families.

There is a water slide in our villa with nature view, and you can enjoy the pool by watching the sunset. Our villa has a jacuzzi, sauna, sports equipment, heated pool, cinema room, Turkish bath, fireplace and fire pit to make your holiday more enjoyable. 1. Bedroom: The suite has a double bed, air conditioning, TV, make-up table, bedside table and wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: The suite has 2 double beds, 2 children's beds, make-up table, air conditioner, bedside table and wardrobe.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, toaster, dinnerware, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: In the living room with sea view, there is a seating group, satellite receiver, TV, modem, air conditioner, washbasin and exit to the pool.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in our villa.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, garden sitting group, swing.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 3.000 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. Islamlar-Üzümlü Village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
