Located in the center of Kalkan, Kızıltaş, our luxury villa for rent with a view of the sea and nature is about 5 minutes away by long car from Kalkan. You can spend pleasant hours outside the private swimming pool and the ones that belong to it in the holiday rental, located in a quiet and high quality environment where the houses of the charming settlement of Kalkan can be watched day and night. It is suitable for raising crowds. You can enjoy a unique holiday when you come with your family or groups of friends. The villa has four jacuzzis, Turkish bath, sauna and underfloor heating. In order to serve you in Villa Ayala life, the pool has a heated structure. Thus, it is in the comfort and advantages of your summer and winter holiday. (An extra 400 POUND per week is requested for pool heating)

In our luxury villa, which has a sunbathing area with a sea and nature view on the pool floor, a private swimming pool and a well-kept private garden, there is a table and chair for 8 people for rent as garden furniture, 8 sun loungers, sitting group, sun umbrella, table tennis, table football and barbecue.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 10 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireles internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
