Our conservative duplex villa, located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, in a location embracing the nature view, is surrounded by nature, American kitchen & living room; and has 3 suite bedrooms with sea view. Our customer who wants to have a holiday in our summer house will enjoy the sheltered pool and a holiday intertwined with nature. It is suitable for feeding the crowd and offers a holiday opportunity where you can come with your group of friends.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

Our villa has a sunbathing area with a sea nature view on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, a private garden adjacent to the forest area, and a table and chair for 6 people, 6 sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue are available as furniture.

Living Room: Sea and nature view and a comfortably furnished living room placed on the pool terrace, Seating group, Satellite TV, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning, Exit to the Pool Terrace

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom - 1 (Suite-Family): In our room with sea and nature view, double bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, 2 armchairs, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, balcony & table and chair

Bedroom - 2 (Suite-Twin): In our room with sea and nature view, 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom, balcony

Bedroom - 3 (Suite-Family): In our room with sea and nature view, double bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, balcony & table and chair

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
