Villa Bedusu is a holiday villa with a sheltered pool in Patara Village of Kalkan. Our villa, which has a lush and pleasant garden, has two suites and can accommodate up to four guests. Bedrooms have their own toilets and bathrooms. It is in all rooms, including the living room. Villa Bedusu's American-style room has a modern sofa set, television, DVD Player, dining table, chairs, satellite broadcast and wireless modem. The private swimming pool and sunbathing area are designed so that they cannot be seen from the outside. Villa Bedusu is among the ideal options for honeymooners and families looking for a pleasant holiday. At the same time, there is a children's playground for our little customer.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
