Villa Belinay

Villa Belinay is one of our rental villas in Kalkan Akbel area, with a magnificent sea and nature view covered with greenery. Our summer villa, which has been designed in a modern and comfortable way, has 2 bedrooms and provides accommodation for 4 people. In one of the bedrooms, there is a jacuzzi where you can relieve the tiredness of the whole year. Our summer villa with a large pool and pool terrace has been made sheltered. Since it is not seen by anyone from the outside, conservative families and honeymooners can easily prefer it. There is a shallow pool integrated into the external private swimming pool. You can choose Villa Belinay to have a holiday in a peaceful summer villa in silence and calm beyond your dreams.

NOTE 1: The last 50 meters of the road to the villa consists of a steep slope.

NOTE 2: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 400 TL is additionally charged.

*Since our villa is located in nature, there may be insects, flies, vermin around it and this is a normal situation.

*In our region, which has a mountainous area due to its geographical structure, all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings were built on a slope. For this reason, going up to our villas is uphill.

*We always guarantee 95% invisibility in our completely sheltered villas. The remaining 5% is your share of avoidance as the end and corner points are not visible.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the sea and nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning, Dining room for 4 people.

Bedroom - 1 (Suit-Family): Our room with nature view has a double bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom with jacuzzi and balcony.

Bedroom - 2 (Suit-Twin): Our room with nature view has 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and balcony.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Duvet Cover Set for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
