Located in Islamlar, which is famous for its trout restaurants, our villa has a private swimming pool that cannot be seen from the environment, a suite bedroom and an American kitchen and living room. With the location of the room of our villa, it is a villa suitable for families with hijab.

Our single-storey rental villa has a spacious and modern designed American kitchen and living room overlooking the sea and nature view, opening to the pool terrace, suites with jacuzzi and bedrooms.

The private swimming pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative storage. Our villa has internet connection, outdoor and swimming pool.

Our Villa Villa Bella 1-Villa Bella 3 -Villa Bella 4-Villa Bella 5 is next to each other. It is suitable for families and groups of friends who want to rent together.

NOTE: Fireplace wood is supplied daily and is 50 TL. It is forbidden to take wood from outside.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 4 people.

As of September, our villa will have pool heating. Pool heating can be turned on for 80 TL per day.

Important informations

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
