Our luxury villa for rent, located in Kalkan Kördere, is located at a quiet and calm spot, at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, intertwined with nature, with a unique sea and nature view, where the texture of the fascinating settlement of Kalkan can be watched day and night. There is no intensive construction around Villa Bliss. Since the existing buildings are below the ground level of the villa, the private swimming pool and garden are not visible from the surroundings. In this regard, our summer villa is an ideal option for holidaymakers who want to be away from the public. In the evening, while watching the shining stars in the sky, you can watch the magnificent lights of Kalkan and the reflection of the moon on the sea. You can spend an unforgettable holiday away from the noise of the city but in a magnificent view overlooking the city.

Villa Bliss is an ideal villa for large families and honeymooners who want to spend their holiday together with a private swimming pool and a pool terrace with panoramic sea and nature views. In our rental villa, on the ground floor; Opening to the pool terrace, there is a spacious and modern designed American kitchen and living room overlooking the sea and nature, two suite bedrooms, one of which is an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, and a large balcony, a large jacuzzi and a suite bedroom on the first floor. The private swimming pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative families. Our villa has internet connection, large swimming pool.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
