Our villa, which was put into service for the first time in 2023, is located in the heart of Kalkan, has a capacity of 6 people with a private pool and has been designed for you to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Our villa, which will make you feel at home with its modern design, luxury furniture and spacious interior, is waiting for you.

 Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and suite. In addition, it offers you a comfortable sleeping experience during your holiday with 2 double beds in 2 bedrooms, single luxury beds in 1 bedroom, comfortable pillows and furniture.

While enjoying the pool with your family and friends on sunny days, with your loved ones on the large pool terrace of our villa. You can have a barbecue for evening meals and have your meals in a peaceful environment. You can enjoy your holiday

Since it is located in the center of Kalkan, you can reach chain markets such as many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance from our villa without using a car. If you want to enjoy the beach, you can also visit the public and private beaches of Kalkan, which is only a 5-minute walk from our villa. NOTE : All Electricity, Water, Bottled Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and includes a towel and a duvet cover set for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 2,500 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (Islamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
