Villa Dazmanda Dalyan

The newly renovated luxury villa is set in its own extensive gardens and grounds.

It has been built and furnished to a very high standard consisting of 7 double bed bodies, all en-suite. There is disabled access outside.

Spacious open living area with custom stone fireplace, modern contemporary furnishings, LCD satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for self-catering.

On the ground floor, the living room / dining rooms for a maximum of 14 people are fully furnished with a table and sitting group. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the lower floor.

The kitchen has large, high-quality units with granite surfaces. Oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and double fridge freezer with built-in defroster. Microwave, water tank / toaster etc. And there are plenty of plates and utensils for up to 14 adults.

There is a washing machine, ironing room and ventilation in a separate material / warehouse.

On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Again all furniture is modern contemporary forms. Two of the bed attachments lead to a large balcony overlooking her body, ideal for watching the sunset. All rooms in the house are fully occupied and centrally heated. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Spacious, open plan patio seating, large outside pool, water fountain feature. Outside BBQ and shower area. Gorgeous mountain view, in rural part of Dalyan, on the coastal road, but the length of Dalyan is 15-20 minutes walking or 3 minutes in residential area.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, toaster, dinner set, dining table, kitchen utensils.

NOTE : All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
