Villa Defne Gemicik Our new villa, built in 2019 in Patara Gemicik region, is our 2-bedroom 4-person rental villa with nature view. Our villa is located 7 km from Patara beach. From our villa, transportation to Patara center and Kalkan center is provided by minibus and taxi. The surface of our Villa Pool is sheltered and highly suitable for conservative enclosures. The headboards of our villa have a jacuzzi for 2 people. The nearest center, Ova Köy, is a short distance away, 2.5 km away.

Note: 400 TL cleaning production is taken for 6 nights and under.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

Thepool of our villa is sheltered and not visible from the outside. It is an extremely suitable villa for conservative upbringing.

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; There are Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave Oven, Toaster, Electric kettle, Dinnerware for 4 people, Pan, Pots and Cutlery.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning, Dining room for 4 people.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and sink, jacuzzi.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a nightstand and a shared bathroom and sink.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Duvet Cover Set for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
