The one staying in our luxury villa for rent close to the sea in Kalkan Merkez Kördere location, will have the chance to watch the natural beauties of Kalkan, the central settlement and the unlimited sea view from the pool surface of the private sun, from the whole world and from the roof surface. A private swimming pool is added to this view from his cell from his terrace.

Villa Everest, which combines the panoramic sea and nature view with the pool surface and the private pool, and the luxury design, is an ideal villa for those who want to host their holiday together. In our rental villa, on the ground floor; Opening to the pool surface, spacious and modern designed American kitchen & living room and suite bedroom overlooking the sea and nature, on the first floor; two suite bedrooms and a large balcony, on the second floor; There are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Our villa has internet connection, large pool and outdoor jacuzzi. You can enjoy private swimming in company with the insatiable view of the pool where the large pool meets, or you can immerse yourself in the azure waters of Kalkan Beach, which is eight hundred meters away. It also offers its guests to have a pleasant time with its activity sections such as Table Tennis, Billiards Table, Steam Sauna, Mini Cinema and Fitness area.

NOTE: There is a heating system in the outdoor pool of our villa. When winter protection is requested, 1.000 TL per day is opened to storage service.

The standard water temperature in heated pools is 28 degrees.

PAYMENT

At the Time of Reservation; A prepayment (35 per 100) is taken to our Company Account by EFT-Money Transfer or Credit Card.

Remaining payment; All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The delivery of our villa as cleaned, together with the bedding, linen and towel set, belongs to the cleaning customer during the stay. For long-term stays, weekly cleaning is done by us free of charge. If extra cleaning is required, cleaning service is provided for an additional fee.

NOTE : Damage deposit is 2000 TL.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
