Villa Granada 1 is located in Yesilkoy area of ​​Kalkan. With its magnificent nature view and jacuzzi, it is among our ideal villas for honeymooners and possible animals. Our summer villa, which was built in 2022 and decorated in a stylish and comfortable way, has 2 rooms and 4 guests. Our villa is suitable for conservative cultivation and there is also a sheltered swimming pool. The managers of our villa are the twin villa Villa Granada 2. It is very suitable for the customer who wants to rent a nearby villa.

NOTE: The road to the villa is stabilized for the last 200 meters.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
