Our villa is located in Kaş Bayındır region. Our 3 bedroom holiday villa has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. The pool area of ​​our holiday villa, which has a location intertwined with nature, offers you a pleasant holiday environment. It offers a suitable holiday environment for our guests with conservative sensitivities, which is an ideal option for honeymooners and large families.

Kitchen: The kitchen of our villa includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, microwave oven, filter coffee machine and dinnerware.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and there are towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, there is no additional charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. are not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, spraying is done regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% ange of motion.

Damage Deposit:

All kinds of damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. that may occur during your stay in the villa you rented. A damage deposit of 2.000 TL is taken at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/flat pictures on our site are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens to fit the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than they actually are.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for accessing e-mail, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
