Villa Habesa Sısla

Habesa Villa; Located in the Sısla region of Kaş, intertwined with nature, the city center can be reached with the use of 15 storage areas. It is 500 meters from the Grape Pier. It welcomes guests with its magnificent sea view away from the crowd. Thanks to the heated room inside, it offers 12 months of accommodation to the guests.

Note: The hot heated pool is active free of charge from 15 October to 1 April. Other months can be optionally taken as 1.750 TL per week.

Our villa, which has a sunbathing area with a nature view on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, a private garden adjacent to the forest area, has a 6-person Table and Chair, 4 sun loungers, sun umbrella, sitting group, playground and barbecue as garden furniture.

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; There are Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave Oven, Toaster, Electric kettle, 6-person Dinnerware, Pan, Pots and Cutlery.

Living Room: There is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioner, Fireplace.

Bedroom - 1 (Suit-Twin): 2 Single Beds, Bathroom, Wardrobe, Exit to the Pool Terrace

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom - 2 (Suit-Family): Double Bed, Air Conditioning, Bathroom, Balcony, Jacuzzi

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linens in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are located in nature, spraying is done regularly and although all kinds of precautions are taken, butterflies, insects, flies etc. is likely to be found. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
