Summer Rental Villa Hillside 3, which is located on the slopes of Kalkan-Kalamar region, includes 4-bedroom Luxury Villas with 8-person accommodation and Sea view Villas, all suites and enlargements of the bedrooms in the building. VillaHillside 3 for rent is looking for a comfortable and permanent holiday to life. Villa Hillside 3, which has a very modern and luxurious architecture, has a unique sea view.

NOTE: Our villa cannot have 1 air conditioner.

In our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area with sea and nature views on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, a private garden adjacent to the forest area, there is a table and chair for 8 people, 8 sun loungers, sun umbrella, sitting group and barbecue as garden furniture.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to te sea and nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning, Dining room for 8 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
