Villa Huzur Donat

Located in Kalkan Kördere Sarnıçbaşı area, this luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people. Our villa, which is an ideal place for a peaceful holiday with a magnificent sea and nature view, surrounded by nature at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, is approximately 3.5 km from the city length. You will definitely need a car to go to our villa. The nearest market for your daily needs is 1-1.5 km away.

There are 4 bedrooms in total in our villa, there are 2 double beds, 2 single beds, 2-person sets from this bed group (with bathroom), the rest of the rooms are shared bathroom receivers.

The only collapse of our villa, which was built on the highest point of Kalkan in order to see this magnificent view, is that it is climbed with a serious steep slope since it is built on the mountains. If there is a problem at the entrance of the villa manager, our villa will help you in this regard.

Our villa is a great option for our guests who want to have a peaceful holiday with nature and scenery.

Extra pool cleaning fee (2000 TL) is charged in our villa between April May October November. The temperature of the pool heats up between 23 and 27 degrees depending on the weather conditions.

NOTE: Since our villa is located in the nature, our villa owners are doing the necessary spraying. Despite this; There is a possibility of finding butterflies, insects, flies etc.

All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 8 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
