Located in Kalkan Kördere, our luxury villa for rent is in a quiet and calm location, at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, intertwined with nature, with a unique sea and nature view, where you can watch the fascinating settlement of Kalkan day and night. There is no intensive construction around Villa joy. Since the existing buildings are below the ground level of the villa, the private pool and garden are not visible from the surroundings. This permanent summer villa is the ideal option for vacationers who want to be secluded. In the evening, while watching the stars in the sky, you can watch the magnificent lights of Kalkan and the people sitting in the middle. You can spend a permanent holiday away from the depths of the city, but with a magnificent view of the city from the top.

Villa Joy, which combines the panoramic sea and nature view with the pool surface and the private pool, and the luxury design, is an ideal villa for crowded nests and honeymooners who want to spend their holiday together. In our rental villa, on the ground floor; Opened outside the pool, spacious and modern designed, American kitchen and living room with a view of the sea and nature, two suite bedrooms, one of which is an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, and a large balcony, a large jacuzzi and a suite bedroom on the first floor. The private swimming pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative enclosures. Our villa has internet connection and a large connected pool.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
