Our rental villa located in Kalkan Lavanta Houses. Villa KaLu has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. There is a comfortable and peaceful open kitchen concept lounge. Villa KaLu Lavender Houses has a structure that you can seize in its stylish and authentic structure. Our villa is a contemporary villa with a classic Mediterranean feel. Located on the private borders of Lavender above Kalkan, the property is located in the center of a private infinity pool, a short walking distance from the clubs building restaurant and cocktail bar.

NOTE: Apart from the house's own private pool, we have a semi-olympic and children's pool at Lavanta Club house.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. Islamlar-Üzümlü Village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
