Located in Islamlar, which is famous for its trout restaurants, our villa has a private swimming pool that is invisible from the surrounding area, 2 suite bedrooms, American cuisine and a living room. You will be able to enjoy the fresh air, the natural world, the green, the private pool, and the evenings in the trout restaurant. With the location of the room of our villa, it is a villa suitable for families with hijab. In our single-storey villa rental, there is an American kitchen and living room with a spacious and modern design, overlooking the sea and nature, and two suite bedrooms, one of which has an indoor pool. The private pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative enclosures. Our villa has an internet connection, an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
