Villa Kevser is our villa in the conservative villa status, located in the Islamlar area of ​​Kalkan. Especially since the garden and pool of our villa, which has a natural mountain view, are not visible from the outside, this villa is preferred as a honeymoon villa for honeymooners. It will offer a unique serenity for those who want to spend a peaceful and secluded holiday. Being discharged is ideal to get away from the stress of daily life. Villa Kevser will make you feel at home as the biggest feature of our villa is that it is away from the eyes. Our villa, which offers you comfort, peace and calmness together, offers you the opportunity of a holiday in a villa with a private pool. Our villa has two floors and on the first floor there is an American-style kitchen, bedroom and living room opening to the natural view and terrace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor of our villa. Large French windows in the bedrooms greet you with the sun of Kalkan. Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (Islamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
