Located in Kalkan Kördere, our luxury villa for rent is located in a quiet spot at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, intertwined with nature, overlooking the unique sea and nature view, where you can watch what you are experiencing in the cemetery settlement of Kalkan day and night. The private swimming pool and garden of our villa are sheltered. This permanent summer villa is an ideal option for holidaymakers and especially honeymooners who want to be secluded.

Villa Kismet, where the panoramic sea and nature view dominates the pool surface and the private surface pool and the luxurious design, is an ideal villa for conservative conservatives with its private bathroom isolated from the environment. Our villa has internet connection, large swimming pool and children's room.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom/WC and balcony.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, make-up table, dress, bathroom/WC and balcony. (Can make a Bed)

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
