Villa Kont

Villa Kont is a conservative holiday villa with panoramic sea view, located in Üzümlü, Kalkan. Located in nature, in quiet places, our villa has a capacity of 5 people and is very suitable for conservative families and honeymoon guests. In our villa with magnificent nature and panoramic sea view, lush garden and entertainment facilities, everything has been designed with the smallest detail in mind so that our customers can have a peaceful holiday. It is waiting for you for a peaceful and comfortable holiday.

Note: Villa Mostar is located at the bottom of our villa. The inputs and outputs are independent and do not see each other.

The son of the development road to the villa has a concrete road of 200 meters, and the son of 100 meters is a slope.

In our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area with a nature view on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, and a private garden adjacent to the forest area, there are a table and chair for 6 people, 4 sun loungers, sun umbrellas, group seating and owners as garden furniture.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; There are Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave Oven, Toaster, Electric Kettle, 6 Person Dinnerware, Pan, Pots and Cutlery.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning, Dining room for 6 people.

Bedroom - 1 (Suit-Family): Our room with nature view has a double bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom with jacuzzi.

Bedroom - 2 (Suit-Family): Our room with nature view has 3 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom.

NOTE : All electricity, water, cylinder gas etc. of our villa. expenses and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 5 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
