Our luxury villa with modern architecture, located on Çukurbağ Peninsula, the pearl of Kaş, one of the famous and beautiful holiday resorts of Turkey, is about 5 minutes from the center of Kaş by car. Our villa is 200 meters from the sea, in a quiet and high quality area with a unique sea and nature view. In the pool of the summer rental, you will hiss as if the sea is laid under your feet in the nature view, you will spend pleasant moments in the large bathing pool with the feeling of pouring into the sea, and you will live in a dreamlike holiday in the colorful streets of Kaş in the evenings. It has its own private beach.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 8 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, there is no additional charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. are not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, spraying is done regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% range of motion.

Damage Deposit:

All kinds of damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. that may occur during your stay in the villa you rented. A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/flat pictures on our site are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens to fit the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than they actually are.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for accessing e-mail, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; Due to its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet settlement-village intertwined with nature.) For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
