Lemar Suite is a modern suite with 2 rooms and 4 people. Lemar Suite is decorated and has views of Kalkan bay, Snake and Rat islands. The ceiling-to-ceiling windows in the living room allow the contents of the apartment to be filled with light and the magnificent view of Kalkan to be seen.
Apart from families and groups of four, there is a honeymoon room and an indoor pool/jacuzzi designed with honeymooners in mind. In order to stay comfortably in the winter, the flat has underfloor heating and the pool is heated. In summer, cooling is provided by air conditioning. The total size of the flat is 125 m2.
Lemar Suite, also Villa Lemar (8 Persons), has the surroundings of our villa, and it is possible to rent it in groups of 12 people, together with the Villa, whenever desired.
In addition, 3 villas have a shared playground.

Between November 1st and April 30th, indoor pool heating and house heating are free of charge during the winter, no extra charge is required.
If other summer protective pool heating is requested, it is 200 TL per day and the volume pool heating must be turned on for the day of stay.
The indoor pool/jacuzzi area can be accessed from the room. The heated pool with glass that can be made completely sheltered has turbo massage engines.

Important informations:
Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
Damage Deposit:
During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.
Immortality:
Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.
internet :
There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
