Located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, in a location embracing the nature landscape, our romantic single-storey honeymoon villa is surrounded by nature with an American-style kitchen and living room; It has 1 suite bedroom with sea view. Our customer who wants to have a holiday in our summer house will enjoy the sheltered pool and a holiday intertwined with nature.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

Our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area with a sea and nature view on the pool floor, a private swimming house, a private garden adjacent to the forest area, has a table and chairs for 4 people, 2 lounges, sun umbrellas, group seating and residents as garden furniture.

Pool Dimensions; Width: 3.50m Length: 9.50m Depth: 1.60 m 600 TL extra payment is required for the outdoor pool.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; There are Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave Oven, Toaster, Electric kettle, Dinnerware for 4 people, Pan, Pots and Cutlery.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the sea and nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning, Dining room for 4 people.

Bedroom - 1 (Suit-Family): In our room with sea and nature view, there is a double bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, jacuzzi and bathroom.

NOTE : All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price, vehicle transfer, flight ticket, extra cleaning, vacation and health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 2 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
