It is our villa for 2 people located in Kalkan Üzümlü area. It is very suitable for couples who want to go on a romantic vacation or honeymoon. You can spend a pleasant holiday in our villa, which is located in a very beautiful place in nature, where we leave behind the tiredness of the whole year or the stress of marriage preparations. Our villa is located in the center of Kalkan, 10 minutes away by car. The surrounding of our villa pool is sheltered and cannot be seen from the outside. In addition, our villa, which also has a closed heated room, is a temporary pool pleasure house from October on when the weather is cool. In our villa, there are also descriptions of your holiday pleasure such as jacuzzi, sauna, cinema room, our job.

Note: +2 guests can be accepted with the opening seat on the cinema screens of our villa.

For pool heating, an extra fee of 200 TL is required between October 1st and May 31st.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 750 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
