Villa Luck 1

Villa Luck 1 is a conservative villa built in 2022, with a capacity of 4 people in Kalkan Üzümlü, with a private and sheltered pool, with a jacuzzi.

NOTE 1: The last 300-400 meters of the road leading to the villa is a stabilized road. Not recommended for low and sports vehicles.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: There is a seating group, satellite receiver, TV, modem, air conditioner, exit to the poolside in the living room.

Pool Dimensions: Length: 10m Width: 4m Depth: 150cm

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, sitting group, swing.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 2,000 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. Islamlar-Üzümlü Village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
