Villa Marvellous

Our luxury villa for rent with sea and nature views, located in Kalkan Merkez Ortaalan area, is about 5 minutes away from Kalkan by long car. You can spend pleasant hours in the rental cottages located in a quiet and quality environment where the houses of the charming settlement of Kalkan can be watched day and night, apart from the private swimming pool and the ones that belong to it.

Villa Marvelous is purely for fun with 5 bedrooms, a large furnished outdoor area, receiving area, WiFi, incredible sea and mountain views and a large private swimming pool. Movie theater, table tennis, pool table and meet for long-term fun. A wonderful holiday awaits you at Villa Marvelous, where luxury design combines with its pool terrace, balcony and rooms with panoramic sea and nature views.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

On the pool floor, there is a sunbathing area with sea and nature views, a garden sitting group, a private swimming pool and a private garden. Table and chairs for 8 people, 8 sun loungers, sun umbrella and barbecue as garden furniture. The pool has a jacuzzi and a shallow area.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, LCD TV, air conditioner, music system, coffee table in the living room, which has a unique sea & nature view and opens to the pool terrace. It provides access to the pool and pool terrace.

Bedroom - 1 (Suit-Family): There is a double bed, a nightstand, a make-up table, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a bathroom, a balcony.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom - 2 (Suit-Family): There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and sink.

Bedroom - 3 (Suit-Family): There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and sink.

Bedroom - 4 (Suit-Family): There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and sink.

Bedroom - 5 (Suit-Twin): There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and sink.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 10 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
