Villa Milky way is a very special villa with a private pool and extremely luxurious design, located in Kalkan Kördere. Our villa, which is located on a very large land and has its own tennis court, offers its guests a wonderful holiday. Our villa has been designed to meet all your needs and includes a Turkish bath, sauna, table tennis, table football, stationary bike, playstation 3 and billiards. Villa Samanyolu is very popular for those who want a quality and enjoyable holiday.
Our villa has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The first bedroom in the main building has a double bed, air conditioning and bathroom; The second bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning; The third bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. There are also two more rooms by the pool of our villa. The first of these rooms has a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom; The second room has a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom. The sixth bedroom has a double bed, bathroom, TV, air conditioning and kitchenette. In the living room, there is a kitchen, sitting group, television and WC.

Note 2: The indoor pool is located on the 2nd floor. Pool heating is included in the price in April and October. The cut-off heating fee for which pool heating is not requested is taken into account as an extra of 250,- TL per day (it may vary depending on the period). The pool heating fee is calculated to be accommodated throughout the day. Students who want pool heating should contact the contact person 3 days before they enter the villa.

Important informations:
Electricity, water, bottled gas are included in the extra prices of our villas, and there is no charge for them. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas in nature, spraying is done regularly and all kinds of treatments, however, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. There is no guarantee that the pool will not be 100% visible in our sheltered villas. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
Damage Deposit:
Any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. for the villa you have rented during your stay. A damage deposit of 2.000 TL is taken into account at the entrance for the fee (This fee is classified according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) without any problems/damage is refunded.
Negative:
Pictures of villas/apartments in internet systems are taken with a wide-angle lens of 12-18 mm in order to fit them on their screens. For this reason, the objects in the pictures can be seen as larger than the real thing.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet usage; whether it is sufficient in details such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
of Kalkan; In terms of property structure, it is a settlement established on its feet. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and broken villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of İslamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area-village surrounded by nature.) For students arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
