Villa Monalisa

Located in Kalkan Islamlar Village, it is a fully sheltered villa with a pool. You can easily meet your daily needs (market, restaurant, etc.) due to the location of our villa, close to a second from the village. Thanks to its stylish design and heated interior room, you can easily continue your stay even in cold weather.

Our villa has one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom. Access to both the pool terrace and the inner pool section of this room. The room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is also a jacuzzi inside the indoor pool. In the living room there is a kitchen, air conditioning and television.

Note: Pool heating is included in the prices between 01 October - 01 June. Extra charge of restrictions where other loads are requested. Pool Heating fee is calculated during the day of stay. Customers who want pool heating should contact the contact person 3 days before they enter the villa.

NOTE : All Electricity, Water, Bottled Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 2 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
