Villa Myra

Villa Myra, located in Kalkan Islamlar Village, is a stone-wood construction building. With its tastefully furnished interior decoration, it is ideal for conservative honeymoon couples or family-friends groups of up to 6 people. It is a villa that will give you a wonderful holiday experience with its indoor heated pool.

Villa Myra will be the right choice if you prefer a quiet and peaceful holiday in a green environment, away from the natural eyes. It has a closed heated room.

There are living rooms with nature and pool views, plasma TV, satellite receiver, iron and ironing room, air conditioning, dining table and exit to the pool.

kitchen

There is a modern American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, kitchen tools and utensils.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom (suite): There is a double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 single bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, hair dryer, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, hair dryer, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool and Garden

Outdoor Pool: The length of the pool is 10 meters x width of 4.5 meters, the depth of which is 1.55. There is a seating area with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs by the pool.

The pool is 5 meters x 2 meters and 90 cm deep. Pool burning fee is 250 TL per day

Poolside ; receiver, sun loungers, parasol, garden sitting area, table and chairs.

Other Features: Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner etc. Cleaning materials

All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
