Villa Narin 1

Villa Narin 1 is located in the Islamlar region, a region of Kalkan town, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Antalya. Architectural building is one of 10 buildings to use exclusively. There is a pavilion for you to sit in the presence of nature in our villa for private use of the garden. If you wish, we can recommend the size of the hammock in the shade of the trees to stay in a quiet sleep. You can enter the winter garden pool in our heated pool villas. Our villa, which has its own private pool, is not visible from the outside. We do not guarantee that we will not be visible from the outside in our villas with pools, and there is always a minimum margin of avoidance in these villas.

NOTE: The road leading to the villa is the stabilized road for the last 500 meters.

Note: Pool heating is free in low seasons. In high season, an extra 450 TL per week is announced, and 70 TL per day.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
