Our romantic villa, located in Kalkan's Üzümlü location at a point embracing the nature view, has an American kitchen and living room in touch with nature and two bedrooms with nature views. Our guests who want to spend a holiday in our summer house will enjoy the sheltered pool and a holiday surrounded by nature. A wonderful holiday awaits you with its proximity to Patara beach. Villa Nazlı offers you a pleasant holiday with its magnificent architecture.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa was delivered with its dimensions cleaned and includes towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas of our villas are included in the extra prices and there is no charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, medical services, etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, regular disinfection is carried out and all kinds of treatments are carried out, but despite this, there are no butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. There is absolutely no guarantee that the pool will be 100% invisible in our sheltered villas. There is always a 5% retention margin in villas.

Damage Deposit:

Any damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. during your stay for the villa you may have rented. Including a 2000 TL damage deposit at the entrance (This fee is allocated according to the villa) and the fee (deposit) without any problems/damage is transferred within 24 hours.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our site were taken with a 12-18 mm wide angle lens in order to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in pictures may appear larger than they actually are.

Internet:

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible outages from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for accessing e-mail, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.)

Kalkan; Due to its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. You have to go uphill to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and surrounding villages. (İslamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature.) The nearest airport for our guests arriving by air is Dalaman Airport. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration when purchasing your ticket.

Note: In our villas, an extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights and this fee varies depending on the villa.
