Ground floor:
The open-plan living/dining area at Villa Old Town Arden is large and spacious with plenty of space for use relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped and the living areas on the ground floor are connected by the living area doors to the terraces, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.
First floor:
Stairs lead from the living area to the first floor, which is home to two of the five bedroom villas.

Room2 - A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Bed sea view balcony (could give beds one if you need it).
Second floor:
The second floor consists of two bed parts.
Room 3 - Double bedroom with en-suite and Bed with balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 4 - Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea view.
Third floor:
Bedroom 5 - On the 3rd floor there is an additional twin bedroom with doors to the furnished roof terrace with stunning views of the old town and the Mediterranean Sea.
Open areas:
Villa Old Town Arden offers plenty of outdoor space, including a beautifully furnished rooftop terrace with scenic views of Kalkan Bay. The shaded terrace above the pool offers the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor meal or reading a book. The villa is south facing, so the private freshwater pool and jacuzzi contain plenty of sunlight.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 10 people.
Important informations:
Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
Damage Deposit:
During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.
Immortality:
Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.
internet :
There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
