Kitchen: There is a fully equipped American kitchen with all the kitchen equipment you can find in the villa. The kitchen has everything that a kitchen should have, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, water dispenser, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. You can cook whatever you want in this kitchen without looking for an extra kitchen utensil.

Living Room: Our living room, which has been specially designed for our guests who care about their comfort, has facilities such as a luxury sitting group, TV, air conditioning that will allow you to spend quality time. In addition, our hall has a unique view. This spacious hall also has an exit to the pool terrace.

 Pool Dimensions: Unlike the classical pools, the pool in the villa is 18 meters x 7 meters wide and 1.70 meters deep.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 7.000 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (Islamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
