Important informations:Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
Damage Deposit:All kinds of damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. that may occur during your stay in the villa you rented. A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa). If there is no problem/damage, the fee (deposit) is refunded.
Note:
The villa/flat pictures on our site are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens to fit the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than they actually are.
Internet :There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for accessing e-mail, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
Kalkan; Due to its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet settlement-village intertwined with nature.) For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
