It is a luxury villa for rent with a panoramic sea and nature view in Kalkan Merkez Kömürlük location, a private swimming pool with bird's eye view, terrace, American kitchen & living room and 5 bedrooms. It is an insatiable holiday home with its full-length glass and luxurious decorations that encompass all kinds of unique landscapes.

Basement Floor; Sitting group and WC/Bath, on the first floor; main American Kitchen & living room and on the second floor; The summer house with two bedrooms has been specially prepared for two nuclear families or a large nest who want to have a holiday together with the Attic Suite Bedroom. According to the location of our rental villa, where you can dine and enjoy the view on the pool terrace, on the first floor balcony or on the roof terrace, it is very close to the sea.

-Our villa has a heating room. The heating fee is 150 GBP per week.

-Weekly sauna fee is 150 GBP.

- There is a hammam sauna and a billiard room in our villa.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
