Villa Peso De Rico

Villa Peso De Rico is our private room fully sheltered villa located in Kalkan Islamlar Village. It is an ideal option for conservative conservatives and honeymoon guests who want to spend a quiet, calm and fun time in nature. The interior design of our villa has been thought out to the smallest detail for the comfort and satisfaction of its customers. In addition, our villa has table football and a playground for children so that families can spend time with pleasure.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

There is a sunbathing area with a nature view on the surface of the pool floor, a table and chair for 6 people, sun loungers, parasols, barbecue as garden furniture in our private side villa.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave oven, Electric kettle, Dinnerware for 6 people, Pan, Pots and Cutlery are available.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a living room for 6 people.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 6 people.

Bedroom:

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, indoor pool, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and sink.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and sink.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and sink.

Important informations

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of İslamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area-village intertwined with nature.) Dalaman Airport is the closest airport for the customer who will arrive by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
