Our luxury villa for rent, located in Kalkan Center Kalamar, is close to the center of Kalkan and only 500 meters from the sea. The modern design of the summer house, which is located in a calm and quality environment with a unique sea nature view of Kalamar, does not make this unique view from the balconies, private pool wings and roof terrace of the whole management. It has been specially designed for a four-person bedroom with sea view and an eight-person bedroom with its private large pool.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
Damage Deposit:
During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.
Immortality:
Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger tha they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
