VİLLA ROSY

Villa Rosy is a brand new and described villa with a beautiful room in Kalamar Village (fairly easy 15-20 kids walk into town). There are several restaurants, nice cafes and small bars around this area. It's just a five-person downhill walk to the sea, restaurants and water sports facilities and the nearest beach clubs.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The size of our villa is delivered clean and includes Towels and Bed Linens for 10 people.

Important informations:Electricity, water and bottled gas of our villas are included in the extra prices and there is no charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, medical services, etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, regular disinfection is carried out and all kinds of treatments are carried out, but despite this, there are no butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. There is absolutely no guarantee that the pool will be 100% invisible in our sheltered villas. There is always a 5% retention margin in villas.

Damage Deposit:Any damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. to the villa you have rented during your stay. A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is taken into account at the entrance (This fee is classified according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded without any problems/damage.

Negative:Villa/apartment pictures on internet systems are taken with a 12-18 mm wide angle lens in order to fit them on their screens. For this reason, the objects in the pictures can be seen as larger than reality.

From the Internet:There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible outages from internet service providers may occur. (Internet usage; whether it is sufficient for details such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; whether it is sufficient for usage such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its ownership structure, it is a settlement built on its feet. To reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and Bozok villages, you have to go uphill. (İslamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area surrounded by nature.) The nearest airport for students arriving by air is Dalaman Airport. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets.

Note: In our villas, an extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights and this fee is divided according to the villa.
