Our single-storey rental villa located in the forest area, overlooking the panoramic nature view in Akyaka, offers you a pleasant holiday option with its authentic style. Located in Akyaka, famous for its beaches, our villa has a private swimming pool, 1 suite bedroom, American kitchen and living room. You will be able to enjoy the sun, the green, the private pool, and the fish restaurant in the evenings all day in a natural environment in the fresh air. Our villa is a villa suitable for families with hijab due to the location of its pool.

In our single-storey rental villa; Opening to the pool terrace, there is a spacious and modern designed American kitchen and living room with a view of nature, and a suite bedroom. The private swimming pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative families. Our villa has internet connection, swimming pool.

Note: The fireplace is active between November 1st and April 1st. The wood to be used in the fireplaces is not included in the price. Disposable fuel is left at the entrance.

Note: 400 TL cleaning fee is required for short-term rentals.

Note, part of the road leading to our villa is stabilized.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa has been delivered to you as cleaned and includes towels and bed linen for 2 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
